Shipping Information:
Shipping is currently only offered in the domestic US through the USPS. There are 3 options. 1) Ground shippind (5-7 day delivery) is calculated at $1.00/item. 2) Parcel Post (3-5d) is calculated at $1.25/item. 3) Priority Mail (2-3d) $1.50/item.
For all orders (regardless of size) a flat rate of $2 is added for packaging and handling.
Orders will be shipped within 72 hours of purchase and completion of payment. Orders made by check will be filled after the check has been received and cleared and then shipped within 72 hours of that time.
You will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order if an item is on back order and receive estimate of how long it will be until it is available for shipment. At this time, you may decide if you wish to continue your order or cancel.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds will not be given on books that have been read, or merchandise that appears to have been handled or used. The books are 8 1/2" x 5 1/2". They are a paperback edition and should not be read by folding the book over on its spine. This can cause pages to become loose and is considered improper handling of the book. We can not be responsible for books that are damaged by this type of handling. Some cover variances are typical and expected; but minimal in a self-published book.
AMO, LLC will work diligently to fill orders and pack items with extra care and security to ensure you receive them in excellent condition. We do have policies in the event the customer is dissatisfied:
Unused books and merchandise may be returned if not as described on the website. In these instances the customer will receive a full return on purchase price minus any discount that was used at time of purchase.
AMO, LLC must be notified by email immediatley upon receipt of damaged goods and they must be returned to the business address listed above within 2 weeks of placing your order in unused condition.
Orders can not be cancelled once they have shipped from our warehouse.
Exchanges will be considered at your request by emailing customer service at admin@ruinyourex.com and explaining individual circumstances.
